U.S. Supreme Court to Hear Save Our Beaches
On June 15, the Supreme Court accepted jurisdiction over Stop the Beach Renourishment/Save Our Beaches, here's a link to the reporting page.

- I'm an attorney with the Sarasota, Florida, law firm of Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen & Ginsburg, P.A. My practice focuses on land use issues, and over the past several years, land use litigation. I speak frequently on land use issues at CLE seminars. I've been a planner and taught planning and planning law as an associate professor at Michigan State and as an adjunct professor at both Florida State and Florida Atlantic University. I also have been a hi-tech marketing executive, yacht captain and computer programmer/salesman. I also like to sail and fish, play guitar badly, read as much as I can, and spend time with my son.
